We request at least 48 hours notice when cancelling or rescheduling your appointment. A $100 deposit is required to hold your appointment. All deposits are non-refundable but are kept in your account for a period of one year as long you cancel or reschedule with at least 48 hours notice. Appointments cancelled with less than 48 hours notice and clients that are a “NoCall/NoShow” will be charged for 100% of their service fee. If you are over 15 minutes late for your appointment we may have to reschedule your service if it cannot be completed in the remaining time frame. All attempts to reschedule in a timely manner will be made. If we do not hear from you 15 or more minutes into your scheduled appointment time it is considered a “No-Show” and your card will be charged 100% of the service. Please note that if the credit card on file can not be charged you will be required to pay the past due service fee in full prior to scheduling your next appointment. There are no refunds or exchanges on products and services.
